I write analyses for management and the IT team: the current state, what is missing, the order of work and a cost estimate.

I work 20 to 30 hours a month for VDHome and take on 5 to 10 analyses a year; I schedule them in the order requests come in.

A written quote at a fixed price, with scope, exclusions, price and delivery date. No hourly rate, no managed-service contract.

Every statement in a report points to its source: the legal text, the CCB framework or your own document.

I use my own tools, partly published as open source. I use AI only on a pseudonymised working copy (the key stays with VDHome) and only when the quote says so.

If illness or force majeure means a delivery date cannot be met, I tell you within two working days, with a new date.

If that date does not suit you, you can cancel the part not yet delivered and get the advance for that part back. Your documents are deleted within the period in the quote; I confirm that in writing.
